Due to the delicate nature of our glass jars, we take extra precautions in packaging to ensure they arrive intact, preserving the exceptional flavor you expect. While this means our shipping costs might slightly increase, it's all to guarantee that each jar reaches you safely, ready to add the perfect spice to your dishes. We appreciate your understanding and promise it's worth the extra care! However, as a token of our appreciation, we offer free shipping for orders of twelve jars or more. ❤️
Most products ship within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Shipping times are dependent on the destination, but domestic orders generally are delivered between 2 and 4 days. International orders generally are delivered between 1 and 2 weeks.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.
Unfortunately, Bahn Hao has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Bahn Hao has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Bahn Hao is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept any items that have been opened. Jeow Bong must have not been opened.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items totaling more than $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
