How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery is typically 2–4 days for domestic shipping and 1–2 weeks for international shipping.

What shipping methods are available?
Standard shipping orders are shipped by UPS Ground or the US Postal Service. Express shipping orders are shipped by UPS. Both methods are trackable and tracking numbers will be provided after order ships.

How much is shipping?
Shipping rates depend on the shipping method you select and are listed on the checkout page. Please note, international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Bahn Hao has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Bahn Hao has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Bahn Hao is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

What do I do if an item is damaged?
